Refund Policy

At Chef Vanya, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to be flexible while also ensuring fair policies for all parties involved. If you have any questions regarding our refund policy, please feel free to contact us at support@chefvanya.com. The Deposit

All bookings require a deposit to secure your reservation. Please note that this deposit serves as a commitment to hold your event date and is non-refundable.

Cancellation

  • Full Refund: If you need to cancel your event, you are eligible for a full refund (minus the non-refundable deposit) if the cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event date.

  • Less than 14 Days: Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a full refund. A partial refund may be issued according to circumstances and Chef Vanya's judgement.

Rescheduling

In the event of rescheduling, we will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to Chef Vanya’s availability. The non-refundable deposit may be applied to a rescheduled date if rescheduling is requested at least 14 days in advance. If the rescheduling occurs within 14 days of the originally scheduled date, another deposit will be required.
