All bookings are secured with a deposit, as specified during the booking process. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event, as outlined in the payment terms provided at booking. Failure to comply with payment terms may result in cancellation of your reservation.

Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of the event may be eligible for a full refund, less the deposit fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the event may not be eligible for refunds, depending on the circumstances and as determined by Chef Vanya. Please review your booking agreement for specific details.

While Chef Vanya takes every precaution to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions, it is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any known allergies prior to the event. Chef Vanya and his team are not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues that may arise from undisclosed dietary needs or allergies.

However, Chef Vanya shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including, but not limited to, personal injury, food-related health concerns, or property damage that may occur during the event.
